Health & Safety
We are committed to the health and safety of our employees, contractors, visitors, customers, and neighbors. Motivated by this responsibility, our health and safety management system complies with OHSAS 18001. Protection of employees from injury or occupational disease is a continuing objective, and we make every reasonable effort to provide a safe, healthy work environment.
Our supervisors are held accountable for the health and safety of their employees. Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that machinery and equipment are safe, and that employees work in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures.
Our employees must receive adequate training in their work tasks to protect their health and safety. We expect every employee to protect their own health and safety by working in compliance with the law, and with safe work practices and procedures established by the company.
An integral part of our health and safety management system is designing the work environment in a way that supports the safety or health of our employees.
