Spec & Environment

Our Environmental Story
Spec incorporates sustainability into everything we do, from materials we source to the manufacturing processes we use.

To meet our environmental goals, we follow the LEVEL® sustainability standard put forth by the Business and Institutional Furniture Manufacturer’s Association (BIFMA).

All of our products are LEVEL®–certified by an independent audit firm, meaning that our products are sustainable in terms of our social actions, energy usage, material selections, and impacts on human environments and ecosystems.
